EPOCH is a ministry that is to serve God by spreading the Gospel in a lost and dying world so that others may be saved. One of the functions of this ministry is to engage in Christian fellowship with one another by giving encouragement and support to one another so that we remain faithful to God and can be humbly confident that He will provide for every need of our Singles' Ministry. We must know God's will for our ministry as well as for each of us in this ministry and this can only be achieved by each of us developing an active prayer life. Then each one of us must give of ourselves freely in our service to God and in our support and encouragement of one another. The EPOCH Ministry of the Jefferson Avenue Church of God is embarking upon a new level, one of service to God and fellowship with one another. It is a ministry of service with fellowship being secondary. God has given each of us certain gifts and talents so that when we are combined in one body of Christ we can serve Him.
